I build in public. What I design for companies and what I run for myself follow the same discipline: a bounded system, visible state, a next action, a measurement. Here are both, sorted by territory.
AI Lead Optimization
My job fits in one sentence: making sure none of the prospects you already paid to generate slips through the net.
This territory is worked with a toolbox, not a single piece of software. Six modules, one shared engine, each installable on its own and all designed to fit together:
- Lead Page — one page, one objective: turning paid traffic into qualified requests.
- Speed-To-Lead — every inbound request gets an answer within minutes, at any hour. The system qualifies it, offers a slot, and alerts the right person.
- Call Rescue — a missed call triggers an immediate message. The conversation restarts, the request gets qualified, the appointment gets booked.
- Lead Revival — old prospects nobody ever followed up are reactivated one by one, with a message that accounts for what they originally asked.
- Quote Rescue — quotes are chased until an answer comes in, and the chasing stops the moment it does.
- No-Show Rescue — confirmation, reminders, and rebooking of missed appointments.
What I watch, in every case: time to first response, contact rate, qualification, lost requests. Direct metrics, committed to before anything starts.

Cybersecurity & AI Compliance
The second territory, run with a partner whose expertise is cyber auditing. Two strands: the security audit of systems in place, which he operates; and a pentesting tool we are building to industrialize the repeatable part of that work.
AI compliance follows the same logic as the rest of my method: what cannot be traced cannot be defended, and a sensitive decision always keeps a human owner.
My own AI systems
The systems I built for myself and operate every day. They are what makes my work verifiable while client cases are not yet publishable.
SiteVox
My white-label conversational website engine: a storefront that answers instead of making people read, plugged into a living knowledge base. This website is its first instance — you and AI agents query the same base.
BrainBase
The second-brain engine that indexes my notes and makes them searchable. A note stays private by default; only the ones I explicitly mark can be served to the public. It is what feeds this site's chat.
VoiceBud
My voice double: a clone trained on my own voice, speaking French and English — the English with my real accent. It is what answers out loud here.
Open Scope
A media outlet on applied AI, its daily newsletter "ZOOM SUR L'ACTU", and the site openscopelab.com that published it natively. Closed in August 2026.
