JARVAN × HegemonIQ

Running an operation without one central system means flying on instinct: priorities drift, scheduled tasks slip out of view, and nobody knows for certain where the month stands. JARVAN × HegemonIQ solves that problem for my own operation — a personal COO, running in daily production.

What the system does

A mission sent from Telegram becomes structured execution: JARVAN draws on a knowledge vault's context, picks the right agents and launches the work — even remotely. HegemonIQ then takes over to centralise priorities, scheduled tasks, the War Map, costs and execution evidence. Every decision keeps a human owner and a trace.

How it's built

Python and TypeScript for the engine, Claude Code and Codex as execution agents, Telegram as the remote command channel.
